4. Late check-out is subject to unit availability and may impose with additional charge.
5. Extra mattress charge at RM20.00 per unit per night
6. Vehicle provided is based on 48 hours usage upon pick up
7. Vehicle provided is inclusive of Collision Damage Reduction (CDR)
8. Vehicle provided is exclude Personal Accident (PAI)
9. Extension of stay is chargeable at RM350.00 per night per unit
10. Extension of vehicle usage is chargeable at RM25.00 (Avanza) & RM35.00 (Innova/ Van) per every additional hour or RM250.00 (Avanza) & RM350.00 (Innova/ Van) per day per unit
11. Booking is subject to apartment & unit availability
